Just cast my NO vote on the Hydra Trading Infrastructure budget proposal—threw 37.71 million ADA behind this decision on behalf of my delegation community.
Here's the thing: I'm genuinely bullish on Hydra's development and what it could bring to Cardano. But when it comes to allocating 1.5 million ₳ from the Treasury for this specific initiative, I just don't see the justification. The funding mechanics don't align with what the ecosystem actually needs right now.

Basically, it's just burning money without seeing results. No matter how awesome Hydra is, it shouldn't waste the national treasury like this.

Hmm, no, this budget number is really hard to look at... I like Hydra, but this 1.5 million granularity is indeed disappointing.

This 1.5 million really can't be that much, right? It feels a bit unreasonable.

Well... throwing 1.5 million ADA just like that feels a bit hasty. The budgeting mechanism definitely needs to be carefully reviewed.
