According to the architecture design of the white paper, this modular separation indeed addresses the issue of incentive incompatibility at the governance level, but I am more concerned about: Can the confirmation time of <400ms be maintained under actual mainnet stress testing? Will token weighted voting become a mere formality in the upgrade decisions of this system?
