Something's off with this semiconductor rally. Memory chips and Analog components are crushing it—we're talking +15-50% gains already this year. But then you've got the so-called compute leaders just sitting flat or going backwards. AMD, AVGO... they're not showing up to the party.

It's a weird split in the semis space. The usual suspects that were supposed to lead the charge? Nowhere to be found. Meanwhile the less flashy segments are doing the heavy lifting. Worth watching where this rotation heads next.

lol the "compute leaders" getting left in the dust is lowkey telling. everyone's been conditioned to chase the obvious plays and now theyre bagholding while memory's quietly printing. typical hype exhaustion cycle honestly

According to the database, this wave of chip rotation has been delayed, and the "leader appears" notification has been issued for the nth time. AMD's promises have been baked from last year to this year, but in the end, memory and analog chips took off first... It's been a long time since the last promise of "compute returning to the main stage," and it will eventually be realized.
