South Korea launches #Bitcoin spot exchange-traded investment funds 🚨
South Korea plans to launch #بيتكوين spot exchange-traded investment funds this year, indicating a significant shift in digital asset policy. This initiative is part of the recently announced "Economic Growth Strategy 2026" by the government, led by the Financial Services Commission.
Until now, cryptocurrencies were not recognized as a qualified asset for exchange-traded investment funds, preventing local investors from entering. But this situation is about to change.
