Women in Web3 indeed need more opportunities to speak out, but honestly... the guidance resources here in Turkey are still too limited.
The ecosystem can only truly thrive when more female developers join, not just for the good numbers.
It's still outrageous that mentorship is lacking these days, and networking has to be learned through hard exploration.

To be honest, the networking mechanism for women Web3 practitioners in Türkiye is indeed weak... Having opportunities without guidance won't get you very far.
Women in this circle are indeed competitive, but I think the flip side is also an opportunity. It's not yet too saturated.
Honestly, mentorship is more important than anything else; otherwise, it's just blind exploration.
Someone needs to take the lead in organizing some formal training, not just talk about advocating.
At least the Turkish market is moving, much better than last year.
