XRP's recent performance is indeed quite interesting. According to the latest market data, this coin has broken through the key resistance level of $2.1 and is now fluctuating around $2.12. This breakout is no joke — it is backed by a significant increase in trading volume, indicating that buyers' strength should not be underestimated.

The current situation is as follows: the current price is at $2.10, with resistance above at $2.25 and support below at $2.05. Everything looks clean and promising, but the market's bears might start to get nervous.

Why worry about bears being squeezed out? The reason is actually straightforward. First, futures open interest has returned to the high range of $3.8 billion to $4 billion, indicating increasing leverage and more participants adding to their positions. Second, XRP is now holding above $2.13; once those dense short stop-loss orders above are triggered, they will automatically turn into buy orders, creating a chain reaction. Additionally, if short sellers have to pay high interest to maintain their positions, the costs become terrifying, forcing them to exit.

From a technical perspective, if the price can break through the $2.22–$2.25 range, the power of short squeeze will be significantly amplified. But as long as it doesn't break below the strong support at $2.00–$2.05, the market's bullish sentiment remains intact.

It is worth noting that recently, XRP's ETF funds have been continuously flowing in, which is not purely speculative but supported by real spot holdings. This gives the price more confidence.

The short sellers really can't sit still this time; a leverage pressure of 3.8 billion isn't small.

The shorts are a bit panicked now. If 2.25 breaks, it's game over. ETF inflows are the real killer.

The short position might get wiped out this time. Once the 2.25 level is broken, it's straight to take off.
