In 2025, Wintermute Ventures completed 23 investments, mainly leading Pre-Seed and seed rounds. The investments are not for obtaining market-making (MM) authorization and are completely independent of trading operations.” Wintermute Ventures announced that in 2025, they reviewed approximately 600 companies, with 20% entering formal due diligence and 4% of projects securing funding. The most common financing structures in 2025 were equity / SAFE and token equity rights. They will match the most suitable financing and investment structures based on the founders’ long-term vision for the project.
