【Crypto World】Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson recently announced that he will temporarily “go incognito.” He openly admitted on social media that he has “moved beyond” the X platform and decided to enter a so-called “silence mode,” which could last from a few weeks to several months.
What exactly will he do? He plans to uninstall the X app and instead focus on other areas—long-form in-depth writing, regular AMA sessions and community interactions, live streaming shares, and exploring entirely new communication channels.
However, it should be noted that Hoskinson emphasized this is merely a change in “approach.” He did not say he is leaving the cryptocurrency space; development and ecosystem building for Cardano will continue. This is more like a strategic adjustment—to reduce fragmented social media noise and replace it with more in-depth and impactful expressions. The community’s reaction to this move has been mixed, with some supporting his focus on development, while others worry it might reduce the project’s visibility.

It should have been like this a long time ago. The debates on X are all just meaningless arguments; it's better to focus on doing the work.
Uninstall if you want, anyway his AMA and writing are the real content, much more useful than spamming.
That's a good move; in-depth writing indeed explains technical details better than fragmented tweets.
I see many big players are doing this, gradually shifting to chains and forums, which seems to be a real trend.
To put it simply, it's still about doing real work. No matter how active social media is, it can't manipulate the market.
This is the right way to open up; silence doesn't mean giving up, but rather focusing all efforts.
I agree, builders shouldn't waste time on petty arguments.
Cardano should just keep doing its thing; no need to get caught up in the hype on X every day.

Actually, this move is quite clever. The noise on X indeed drowns out the real content.
It should have been done earlier. Writing a white paper is more substantial than just tweeting.
Uninstall X? Bet five bucks he’ll reinstall it in a week haha.
This is true focus on building. Less nonsense, more action.
It's another "silent mode," but in the end, you still have to come back and explain.
Deep writing + live streaming—this combo is much better than fragmented tweets.
That’s a bit exaggerated, saying "surpassing the X platform"... it’s just a different way of expressing oneself.
Finally, someone realizes that quality > quantity.
Uninstalling is just a facade; it’s actually a strategy pivot, smart move.
Anyway, AMA and live stream traffic won’t be less than on Twitter. That’s rebranding.
I think this is the right direction. Social media has already been flooded with memes.

Uninstall X to do in-depth writing? This guy finally figured it out. The pile of fragmented information on X is indeed garbage.
From another perspective, truly busy people don't have time to post tweets every day, which shows he was really quite idle before.
The AMA and live interaction set feels much more reliable than complaining every day. Looking forward to seeing what tricks he can come up with.
The phrase "Beyond X platform" is used perfectly, it sounds very Charles-style, haha.
But whether the Cardano ecosystem can catch up with other L1s is the most critical question. No matter how many articles are published, it's all in vain.

UnX to live stream? Turns out it's still about the platform not being deep enough, wanting to play a more advanced narrative.
Speaking of which, those who truly make a difference never lack a stage, it just depends on whether they're willing to take it.
Anyway, Cardano's code is still running, so it doesn't matter if there's noise or not.
Saying that silence mode isn't enough, let's wait and see how the real development results turn out.
A bit of fragmentation might indeed be a good thing, but don't cause any big news to blow up again.
Character adjustments or strategy adjustments, as long as it doesn't affect the chain, it's fine.
AMA and in-depth writing? Sounds more sincere than just tweeting every day.
Let's wait and see. If this guy really goes silent, the community might go crazy.
This move is a bit like "I'll just observe quietly," but it actually creates more anticipation.

Switching to in-depth writing, I like this move... finally someone dares to say X is just noise
I thought I was going to leave the circle, it scared me to death, turns out it's just a change of approach to keep going
If we do AMA and live streaming, the information density is indeed much higher than just spamming
This approach is much more reliable than some projects that post "gm" every day... at least they're serious
When he starts writing long articles, that will be the real highlight

Uninstall X? Man, you're really about to cut ties with fragmented social networking. I support this move.
Finally, someone dares to say that X is just noise. It was about time to play like this.
In-depth writing + AMA sounds much more reliable than tweeting every day. Looking forward to seeing how he does it.
I'm just worried that the "silent mode" will eventually turn into an excuse of "I'm busy."
True builders should do this—less talk, more delivery.
I give this move a full score; reducing redundant information can indeed improve efficiency.
Waiting to see his long-form content. If it's still the same old tune, it will be awkward.

Uninstalling X to focus? I think it's more like avoiding public opinion haha
---
In-depth writing AMA live broadcast, this combination really is quite clear-headed
---
It's another silence mode, the big shots in the crypto circle love this trick the most
---
Instead of tearing each other apart on X every day, why not go into seclusion and refine your code, it's really satisfying
---
Wait, isn't this just avoiding community doubts? The vibe is a bit strong
---
Adjusting tactics sounds advanced, but it's actually just switching platforms to continue harvesting
---
The phrase "Surpassing X platform"... really daring to say that
---
Wow, this is the most elegant declaration of "I'm quitting" I've ever seen
---
Long-form writing shows much more sincerity than tweets, support

A bit like those who threatened to retire and then came back back in the day
