Ever notice how most DEXs just execute your trades—but that's really where the work should begin?
Take liquidity aggregation. When you're routing a swap across multiple pools, execution quality becomes everything. The difference between optimal routing and mediocre routing isn't just a few basis points—it compounds fast.
Some platforms are starting to think differently. By intelligently routing across fragmented liquidity and optimizing slippage in real-time, traders actually get better value per swap. It's not flashy, but it moves the needle where it matters.
If you care about swap efficiency and getting genuine price improvement, this approach to DEX trading is worth paying attention to.

Honestly, most DEXs are just execution machines; true intelligent routing is the real deal... Someone should have done this a long time ago.

Sounds good, but do so many people really care about slippage optimization, or do most people just want to be quick?

Nice words, but it's still the same old trick. Route optimization, slippage control... I've been doing this on 1inch five years ago, and now you're just telling me about the secret to wealth?

To be honest, most DEXs are just execution machines. The real optimization is in routing, and small slippage accumulates to make a huge difference.

To be honest, most DEXs nowadays really lack innovation; they're just execution tools... This method of aggregating liquidity, however, shows some potential.

Forget it, I still have to run the data myself. I’ve collected three months of on-chain data, and there are indeed differences in slippage across different routes, but no one has exaggerated it that much. The optimal route saves only about 3-8 basis points compared to the average route, and when converted to gas fees... well, sometimes it’s not even enough for the gas of a single transaction. It depends on the token’s liquidity depth to determine whether it’s worth it.

yeah ngl this hits different after i got liquidated three times chasing "optimal" routing. sounds smart on paper but execution >> theory every single time, no copium

Really, still talking about this? Most DEXs haven't even thought about how to optimize routing haha

Haha, finally someone is talking about this... Most DEXs are just execution machines and haven't really thought about how to do the job more thoroughly.
