I later realized that ideas are really not something you think up.

It's not your brain working desperately,
it's more like... suddenly receiving them.
Neuroscience once said something quite frightening:
Before you're aware of a thought,
your brain has already started moving.

In other words,
what we think of as deep contemplation,
many times is just post-hoc explanation.
At that moment, I suddenly understood one thing:
If every day your mind is cycling through,
anxiety, lack of money, fear of failure,
no matter how hard you try to think,
you can only come up with more anxious solutions.
It's like a radio.
If the channel is wrong, turning up the volume doesn't help.

So I started repeatedly telling myself:
“I’m actually quite lucky.”
Not to deceive myself,
but to slowly change the channel.
The amazing thing is,
the truly useful ideas,
are never born from sitting at the desk and bottling them up.

They come while taking a shower,
walking,
or daydreaming.
When you relax,
the signals come in instead.
Maybe in this life,
we don’t need to desperately write the script of fate.
As long as you tune the channel right,
the story will continue to play itself.#我的2026第一条帖
