I’ve been thinking about why @BosonProtocol feels less like #DeFi and more like public infrastructure.
In my opinion, the design focus explains everything. Boson does not act as a marketplace. The protocol behaves like shared rails for exchange.
Public infrastructure has clear traits👇
- Neutral access for all participants - Clear rules for enforcement - Shared services paid by users
Roads move goods. Courts resolve conflicts. Payment networks settle value. Boson follows the same logic for commerce.
Dispute resolution sits at the center. Mutualizers work like pooled insurance or court funding models. Sellers pay premiums. Escalation costs stay controlled. Abuse gets priced out.
I’m watching this closely. If you build or trade onchain, your tools need rules, enforcement, and cost clarity. Boson delivers those basics.
