The shareholder ballot delivered decisive support for three critical resolutions. The slate of board nominees – including Ken Stadlin, Anton Shihoff, Robert Miller, and Brian Timmons – received confirmation to lead the Company through the next fiscal year. The appointment of Kreston GTA LLP as the Company’s auditor was also ratified, contingent upon completion of engagement protocols and Director-led fee authorization. Additionally, shareholders renewed the Corporation’s 10% rolling stock option plan, ensuring continuity of executive and employee incentive structures.
