Professional Background

Iskow joined Workiva in 2019 as executive vice president and chief operating officer. She brings deep expertise in product development, operational optimization, and scaling enterprise SaaS businesses with strong, sustainable growth trajectories. Prior to Workiva, she held multiple senior technology and engineering leadership positions, including chief technology officer and chief information officer roles at other SaaS organizations.

Beyond her operational duties at Workiva, Iskow serves as a board member for Workiva Inc. and Vocera Communications, and participates on the advisory board of Change Healthcare. She earned a BS degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an MS degree from the University of California, Davis.
