Hey everyone, the end of the year is here. To sum it up in one sentence: it's nothing to make a fuss about.

Have you felt that time flies incredibly fast, but the feeling of exhaustion is still vividly remembered? It seems like every day you're just dealing with something—when the K-line trembles, your heart tightens; when a message pops up, your hand itches to act. You originally wanted to operate calmly, but when the year ends and you look back, you realize you've been rushing around, scrambling and crawling.

Year-end trading summaries are completely different from writing reports at work. You can't fool anyone; the numbers in your account are right there. Gains, losses, right, wrong—all are self-made. Turning off the app can pretend nothing's wrong, but those numbers with minus signs and the constantly downward-curving lines won't just disappear. So honestly—no matter how this year went, if you’ve made it this far, you've already beaten most people. In the crypto world, just staying alive and not dying is already impressive.

Let’s also look at this year's market. Honestly, it’s like a pot of lukewarm water—neither boiling enough to excite nor cold enough to despair. At the beginning of the year, many people were eager, thinking this might take off? But the market gave a lesson: the trend no longer follows old routines, it’s here to challenge all doubts.

When prices rise, it doesn’t give you a chance to think; by the time you understand, it’s turned around. When prices fall, it doesn’t leave room for adaptation; just when you cut losses, it rebounds. Back and forth, like dull knives slicing meat, wearing down everyone’s temper. This grinding rhythm has crushed many traders’ mentalities.

The most obvious change is BTC. This thing has become especially "steady," with fewer wild swings—it's now more like a barometer—beginning to watch the external world’s face. US dollar policies, macro expectations, geopolitical situations—any wind blowing outside causes BTC to sway. What does this mean? It means relying solely on stories within the crypto circle is no longer enough; you need to pay attention to global market trends.

In the period before 2026, traders’ biggest feeling is—uncertainty is everywhere. They thought they found a pattern, but then the market changed its tricks again. Some say this shows market maturity; others say it’s the era of retail investors being eliminated. But nothing is more convincing than the numbers in your account.

So, in my opinion, during the New Year’s transition, the most important thing isn’t to dwell on gains or losses this year, but to see one thing clearly: this market is always more complicated than you imagine. Some make money from information gaps, some win by mindset, some wait patiently for opportunities. But no matter which, it all comes down to one word—survival. Being able to stay in this market and make it to next year already puts you ahead of many.

Damn, this paragraph really hit me. When I finally closed my account at the end of the year, I truly felt hopeless.

Really, the numbers in your account speak for themselves. Don't fool yourself.

Really, just being alive is winning. Where did all those friends whose mental states collapsed this year go?

Really? This year is all about one word—grind. Grind until your mindset is gone. As long as the account is still there, you're considered a winner. That’s a harsh truth but it’s real. The sluggish market is the most disgusting; you can't make money nor lose, just holding on like this. Now BTC depends on the mood, and retail investors like us need to be even more cautious. Just staying alive? The ultimate realization of a low-profile life. Next year, I’ll be back anyway, the account is still there to speak for itself.
