27 Senior Executives Elevated to Managing Director Status at KKR

New York – Investment powerhouse KKR has unveiled its latest round of leadership promotions, elevating 27 executives to Managing Director, marking a milestone transition effective from the start of 2023. The move recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance across the firm’s diverse business segments.

The Promotees: Geographic and Divisional Breakdown

The newly elevated Managing Directors span multiple geographies and investment disciplines:

Credit and Real Assets Leadership: Among those advancing are professionals specializing in Credit & Markets, including James Paquette from San Francisco, alongside London-based Ana Brajovic and Gearoid Casey from Dublin. Infrastructure expertise is represented through Ryan Miller and Andrew Peisch in New York, and Ryan Miller in London. Real Estate Credit gets a boost with Domenico AcriGarofalo’s promotion in New York, while real estate equity gains strength from promotions in London (Nicky Barker, Mai-Lan de Marcilly), Shanghai (Randolph Zhao), and Sydney (Colin Zhou).

Private Equity and Growth Sectors: The private equity division welcomes George Aitken (Sydney), Hans Arstad (Stockholm), and Stavros Mercouris (London) to the Managing Director ranks. Patrick Devine brings technology sector expertise from London, while Thomas Kim and Adal Zamudio represent the Capstone platform from Houston and London respectively.

Support Functions and Operations: Finance, tax, and accounting capabilities are strengthened through promotions of Eran Benichou in Hong Kong and Michael Gilleran in Dublin. Global strategic functions see Changchun Hua and Kristopher Novell advance into roles focusing on macro trends and asset allocation from Beijing and San Francisco.

Client Relations and Partnership: Sean McCorry, Sean Nelson, Yinyin Wu, and Andrew Clerico round out the class, bringing enhanced client management and partnership capabilities to Houston and New York locations.
