Beyond the monthly debit card allowance, Simply Healthcare provides up to $1,000 per plan year through its new Flex Card. Simply rewards members for staying engaged with preventive services through its Simply Rewards Program. Members earn $80 for completing key screenings and wellness visits—including health risk assessments, annual primary care check-ups, and flu shots. This creates positive reinforcement for the preventive behaviors that reduce long-term costs and complications.

The HMO C-SNP plan includes monthly in-home podiatry care from licensed technicians, providing early detection and ongoing foot health management—a specialty area where small interventions prevent major complications.

Simply Healthcare offers its 2022 Medicare Advantage plans across 11 Florida counties: Broward, Hernando, Hillsborough, Miami-Dade, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Seminole.
