Severin White Joins Colony Capital as Investor Relations Lead

Colony Capital (NYSE: CLNY) has brought on board Severin White to lead its public investor relations efforts, effective immediately. In this newly emphasized role, White will take charge of strengthening ties with investors, steering financial messaging, and managing communication between the company’s leadership, its board, and shareholder base.

Background on Severin White

White brings more than two and a half decades of experience navigating the investment landscape across both traditional equities and private capital markets. Most recently, he founded and operated Niagara Share LLC, a boutique financial advisory firm serving high-net-worth family offices in structuring their investment portfolios across public and private asset classes.

His professional journey includes a significant tenure at New Vernon Capital and Columbia Pacific Advisors, where he spent a decade as a core member of their investment operations. Additionally, White held a leadership position at Smithsonian Business Ventures as Senior Vice President of Business Development, where he was instrumental in negotiating and establishing the Smithsonian Channel—a collaborative television venture between the Smithsonian Institution and CBS/Showtime. His early-stage career began at Bastion Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on mid-market acquisitions.

An alumnus of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, White studied Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.
