Her background spans multiple Fortune 500 companies, where she has built deep expertise in navigating complex legal and operational landscapes. Most recently, she served at Dentsply Sirona as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, where her responsibilities encompassed corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property management, litigation oversight, government affairs, and sustainability initiatives. She also led the organization’s global quality and regulatory functions.
Prior to this position, Johnson held the role of General Counsel & Secretary at W.R. Grace & Company. Her career also includes significant legal and executive roles at McCormick & Company, The Kraft Heinz Company, and 3M Company, with experience spanning both domestic and international operations.
Education and Community Involvement
Johnson earned her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Florida A&M University. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she actively contributes to public health and education through her advisory roles. She serves on the Advisory Board of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the University of Minnesota Law School, while also providing guidance to several privately-held organizations as a board member and advisor.
