In the era of AI, the business decision-making process may need to be redesigned. Many practitioners are beginning to explore a new work approach: for any project, first ask yourself, can Open Code combined with the GLM model be done at the lowest cost? If not, consider using Claude and investing some token resources to complete it. If that still doesn't work, organize the requirements into complete prompt words and hand them over to professional analysis tools like Gemini for solution design and requirement decomposition. Next, establish a collaboration group, share prompt documents, assign specific tasks according to AI division suggestions, and finally use project management tools to generate schedules and track goals.

This process appears logical and significantly improves efficiency. Some people feel that if this continues, the staffing of many traditional positions will indeed need adjustment. Behind this reflects the reality that AI toolchains are gradually maturing and the pressure on enterprise operating costs is increasing— in the foreseeable future, talents who know how to harness and integrate these tools may be more valuable than employees with pure execution ability.

Basically, it's just another way of saying cost down. It sounds more sophisticated, but it still means cutting headcount.

To be honest, this process sounds like gradually eliminating people under the guise of optimizing costs. Whether Open Code can handle everything depends entirely on GLM's mood. When token costs start to add up, it doesn't get any cheaper, and in the end, Gemini still has to step in. It feels like cost optimization is actually a false proposition. The ones who truly make money are always those who can manipulate the toolchain; everyone else is busy competing over prompts and tool usage... Isn't this just cost reduction and efficiency improvement under a different guise? It's just a nicer way of putting it.

Honestly, this set of processes sounds a bit optimistic. In actual implementation, there will still be pitfalls. --- Open Code + GLM first trial, I get this idea, just not sure how difficult it will be to land in practice. --- Haha, the last sentence hits the mark. Integrating tools is indeed popular, pure workers will be squeezed to death. --- I feel it still depends on the specific business. Some things AI really can't handle, don't overtrust it. --- Isn't this just talking about layoffs? Just a different way of saying it. --- Calculating token costs is really eye-opening. Since everyone uses it this way, the price will definitely soar. --- From what I see, very few companies can fully follow this process. Well-designed processes are good, but human issues are hard to solve.

Honestly, this process is just replacing people with toolchains. "Human resource adjustment" sounds really harsh. Open Code paired with GLM, Claude, Gemini... these tools can indeed save money if used well, but how many people actually know how to use them? Most companies are still in the exploration stage, and they're already starting to lay off staff. So the key now is, either learn to integrate these tools or wait to be integrated. There's no middle ground. In the future, there will probably be only two types of hires: either prompt engineers or employees willing to accept salary cuts.

In other words, it's just another round of survival of the fittest. Those who can't adapt should just lie down early. --- Really? Claude is so expensive that it still requires token burning. When you do the math, the cost is really low? --- The core still depends on prompt engineers being in demand. Those who can write good prompts are now more scarce than those who can do the work. --- Haha, it's that same rhetoric again. After half a year, you'll still need people to handle edge cases, going in circles. --- Toolchain maturity is a joke. Gemini has had continuous bugs for half a year. Your workflow can't run for two months without having to start over. --- So in the end, the winners are those who sell tools. We're all working for them. --- Forget it, this stuff is just for show. Who would make things so complicated in real implementation? In the end, it still comes down to manual adjustments. --- This is what we call the future. Those who can integrate tools will indeed appreciate their value. Pure manual jobs are truly dead.
