Opening the account and taking a look at the numbers, total assets exceed one million USD, and I made nearly 70,000 in a single day. This achievement would have been completely unimaginable a year ago—back then, I was still carrying debt, and the account was basically empty.

This transformation is quite ironic. The method I used isn't complicated at all; in fact, it might seem a bit naive—but because it's "naive," many people can't learn it.

The first habit is strict position control. I never go all-in or gamble everything on a single trade; even when I see a good opportunity, I only invest about 30% of my funds. What's the benefit of this? When I make a wrong move, I can easily retreat without loss; when things go well, I still hold enough ammunition to add more. Compared to the thrill of going all-in, I value being able to survive and see the next market wave.

The second is giving up the dream of getting rich overnight. I don't pursue single trades that double my money; I only care whether this trade can steadily earn a few points. Slow? Yes, it is slow. But what if I succeed ten times in a row? The power of compound interest will give you the answer. This "small bites" approach turns the original anxiety and pressure into genuine confidence.

The third, even more crucial—learn to use emotions in a contrarian way. The market is very good at amplifying human weaknesses, and everyone knows this. But real opportunities often hide in extreme emotions. When panic spreads, I tend to look a little closer; when everyone is frantically chasing highs at the top, I become especially alert. The crypto world isn't short of opportunities; what’s missing are those who can stay calm when others are irrational.

This approach isn't exciting or based on luck; it's about doing what you understand best in the market. No highlight moments, but a stable win rate. If you're also tired of the rollercoaster mentality, maybe you can try this slower but more stable rhythm.

To be honest, I've heard this logic too many times... but how many can truly stick with it? Strict position control is the most frustrating part. We all know it's right, but we can't do it. Watching others make ten times in a single move while you're still calculating a 30% gain—that feeling... Compound interest sounds wonderful, but who can endure the boredom of making small profits ten times in a row? Truly.

ngl the whole "slow and steady wins the race" narrative hits different when you're actually seeing the receipts... but let's be real, most people reading this will yolo their stack within a week anyway lol
