The recent pullback after SQD's low-level start is actually a normal correction within an upward trend, not a reversal signal. Carefully observe the market: after the rally, there was no breach of key support, but instead a consolidation with decreasing volume within the range—this precisely indicates limited bearish pressure.

From a structural perspective, the upward framework remains intact. The open interest remains active, and funds have not withdrawn; they are simply seeking direction amid the game. Such a correction is often an excellent opportunity for bulls to add positions—support levels are holding well, and although the previous high above may create some resistance, the probability of a breakout is not low.

Once the previous high is broken with increased volume confirmation, these types of assets usually do not easily fade out. Instead, the current sideways consolidation looks more like the main force preparing for a subsequent attack. Waiting for a clear breakout to chase may cause you to miss the most comfortable entry point. Short-term fluctuations should not be over-interpreted; the key is to stay focused on support levels—if they hold, a subsequent volume-driven upward move is highly probable.

As long as the support level holds, it's perfect to enter now.

The consolidation with reduced volume is indeed comfortable. Buying in now shouldn't be a loss, right?

Well, a decrease in volume and sideways movement is indeed a signal, but the problem is whether the support level can really hold. I'm optimistic about this wave of SQD, but be cautious of the main force actually distributing, don't be fooled by the story of accumulation. Honestly, it's okay to enter now, or wait for a breakout to enter; the key is not to get trapped. I've heard too many of these retracement windows, but then a sharp drop comes and breaks the support directly. Main force accumulating? I trust what I see in the trading volume more; this shrinking volume makes me a bit uneasy.

Decreased volume fluctuation is a signal of main force accumulating, I am optimistic about this wave of SQD.
