Those editors really have some skills; they are on the front lines digging for news every day, much more reliable than us bystanders. Summaries of editors' opinions? Sounds good, but I'm just worried it will end up being the same old clichés. Annual reviews are just for looking, don't take them too seriously; market changes faster than editors revise articles. Industry pulse? Ha, that phrase sounds nice, but honestly, it still depends on your own judgment. I actually want to see these summaries to save me from blindly searching for information all over the internet. Editors do see more than us, but their prediction abilities are hard to say; I remain skeptical. Long-time front-line editors do have broad horizons, but I don't know if their expectations are accurate. It's okay to refer to media opinions, but definitely don't copy them outright, brother.
