Community momentum is everything in Web3. When only a handful of people are showing up, the whole movement stalls—that's just reality. You need genuine participation and sustained engagement to actually build something meaningful. It's not about overnight gains; it's about putting in consistent work and keeping the ecosystem alive. The projects that thrive aren't the ones with passive audiences; they're the ones where people are actively contributing, discussing, and believing in what's being built. Stay committed, stay visible, and help push things forward.

To be honest, when the community is cold, you can see clearly who are true believers and who are just here to harvest the profits.

I've been through it all. To put it nicely, the reality is that most projects die at the "community building" stage because the project team simply doesn't have the funds to maintain enthusiasm, resulting in a complete mess in the end.

That's true, but reality is often much harsher. Many projects fail at the hurdle of "participation."

That's right, without genuine participation, it's just an empty shell. But to be honest, many projects are "calling for" participation, yet they are reluctant to invest resources themselves.
