#数字资产市场动态 Seven years in the crypto world, from stumbling to stable profits, the biggest takeaway is one sentence: the most profitable logic is often the simplest.

People often ask how to choose coins and build positions. To be honest, my current method has been simplified to the utmost:

**Choose coins based on the top gainers list**

Where the capital flows and where the heat is, there are opportunities. If a coin has no volatility or popularity for a long time, it means it’s temporarily out of the game. Follow market preferences and don’t always think about digging for treasures.

**Monthly MACD is the directional indicator**

I judge the big trend mainly by this. Only consider entering when the monthly MACD has a golden cross. If there’s no golden cross, stay on the sidelines and wait. Rebound rallies look tempting, but often the profits come from the opposite direction, which is not interesting. Only follow the trend; the trend is your friend.

**70-day moving average determines life or death**

When the price drops near the 70-day moving average and trading volume increases simultaneously, it usually indicates the trend will continue—this is the clearest signal to add positions. What’s needed is patience and confidence; don’t rush.

**Stop-loss and take-profit, both are essential**

If the price breaks below the 70-day line, get out immediately without hesitation. No overthinking, no self-deception—execute stop-loss decisively.

When profits reach 30%, take out half to lock in gains. When it hits 50%, take out another half. Let the rest run; market opportunities are always there, no need to go all-in at once.

**Simple rules are easiest to follow**

I’ve also played with complex indicators before, but I found a pattern: the more complicated the rules, the easier it is to give up on execution at critical moments. Whether you make money or not depends less on how much you understand and more on how much you actually do.

This market is quite fair to those who follow the rules. But for those relying on intuition, luck, and no plan, the punishment can be harsh.

Seven-year veteran investors are right—execution is really difficult. It feels like they say all the right things, but when it comes to critical moments, it's still easy to mess up.

Seven years of experience as a seasoned investor, there's no fault in that; it's just that it really tests human nature. How many people can truly follow the discipline?

It's been seven years, and we're still talking about this. But to be honest, it's really simple and effective—just execution is too difficult.

Haha, you're right. I was killed by complex indicators back then. Now I still stick to the 70-day moving average and 30% partial profit-taking, maintaining a stable annualized return here.

Seven-year veteran investors are indeed right; the hardest part is execution, and most people fail due to their mindset.

Only after seven years did I realize this? I damn well did it like this last year, and I still got trapped.

Veteran crypto enthusiasts with seven years of experience are right; the hardest part is sticking to discipline. The seemingly simple rules are often forgotten when the market is turbulent.

Seven years of experience as a seasoned investor, it's still worth listening. But to be honest, I've been using this set of theories for a long time, I just lack the execution...

You're absolutely right; simple rules are the key to survival. I used to fall into the trap of over-optimization, reading a bunch of papers and still ending up at a loss... Now, just like you, I stick to a few key indicators, and my mindset has become much better.

Talking about war strategies on paper is easy; how many actually execute stop-loss properly? All the nice words are just armchair strategists after the fact.
