After playing with contracts for so long, I am now pretty sure I want to switch to a low leverage strategy. To be honest, I did make quite a bit of profit during the high leverage period, but that feeling of constant anxiety was really exhausting. Watching the market all day, and then a sudden dip causes a margin call, wiping out the profits I worked hard to accumulate, or even losing money. Experiencing this roller coaster frequently made me realize that the crypto world is not everything in life.

Now I play with low leverage and relax, although the single trade gains are smaller, the win rate is stable, and I feel much more at peace. No need to be tense all the time, I can spend quality time with my family, sleep when I need to. This lifestyle rhythm is actually more worthwhile than occasional huge profits but frequent margin calls. Contentment brings happiness; steady growth is much more reliable than risking everything for overnight riches.

Really, the high leverage approach should have been abandoned long ago. Everyone who has played knows the feeling of liquidation. Low leverage is the way to go; sleep quality directly skyrockets. Well said, finally someone understands that earning interest steadily is much better than gambling everything. This realization came a bit late, but it's not a loss. It's still not too late to change now. Family and sleep are more valuable than anything else, truly. High leverage is just a gambler's mentality; sooner or later, you'll have to settle the bill. I feel the same. I'm also quitting high leverage. Although psychologically I still want to take a shot, reason tells me to stop. Staring at the screen until bald, low leverage is still the best.

Haha, low leverage sounds good, but the problem is whether I can stick with it. --- That's human nature. Only after experiencing losses do you realize what it means to be alive. --- It sounds nice, but if you use ten times leverage again, you'll still get caught up in it. --- I just want to know, how long can I hold on this time? --- It takes a few margin calls to realize this truth; indeed, I've paid enough tuition fees. --- Stable growth sounds boring, but it really makes life more comfortable. --- Really, not constantly watching the market feels so great. --- High leverage is toxic; you just can't quit it. --- I feel the same. Making money isn't more important than spending time with family. --- I've gone through this mindset several times, but this time I really feel like I've understood it.

Got it. This is the real way to live long-term, not a gambler's mindset.
