I never rely on trash talk to teach people how to get rich quickly.
After years in the crypto world, I've seen all kinds of newbies losing money. The most heartbreaking thing is—most of the time, losses are not because of wrong market judgment, but because before understanding the risks, they start panicking and making frequent trades.
Newcomers keep asking me the same questions, which are basically variations of these phrases: "Is this normal?" "Am I trapped?" "Should I keep waiting?"
Honestly, 90% of these questions are not technical difficulties, but because you've already been bound by a trading rhythm that doesn't belong to you.
Look in the mirror and ask yourself—are you currently like this: • You have positions in your account, but your mind always feels empty • Tossing and turning at night, unable to sleep peacefully, unable to resist checking your phone and monitoring the market • Doubting whether you've taken a wrong step, but not quite sure
Instead of telling you directly whether to buy or sell, it's better to help you realize one fact: Are you truly immersed in the real market risks, or are you just being pushed around by your emotions?
We only share experience and lessons, and make no promises of profits. Those who survive long in this market rely never on luck.

That's so true. The hardest part is managing your mindset. I'm part of the group that has been tortured by my own emotions to the point of sleep disturbances.

That's so true. I got caught off guard during the night monitoring, and now it's all just trash trading driven by emotions.

That's so true. I'm the kind of fool who stays up all night watching the market, and I still haven't figured out whether it's risk or emotions driving me.

Wake up, your rhythm of operation has long been messed up by your own emotions.
