Just yesterday I was paying attention to market trends, and this morning I suddenly realized — I still have over a hundred coins in my wallet. Luckily, they were only on my mobile device, so I reacted pretty quickly.

I immediately used another device to redeploy four wallets on a certain DEX platform to diversify risk. After going through this, I realized even more clearly — for someone like me who doesn’t use cold wallets and usually just stores coins while occasionally doing DeFi operations, a hot wallet on a certain exchange is actually quite sufficient. The convenience and full functionality are there, and managing multiple wallet addresses is also very smooth.

This little incident reminded me of a fact: even for active hot wallets, managing multiple wallets in a diversified manner is still necessary. Especially for assets of a significant size, caution is even more important.

Hot wallets vs cold wallets, ultimately it's the temptation of returns that matters most. The most exciting moment is when you accidentally transfer, haha.
