Regarding choices in youth, there's a saying that hits hard: Don't rush to chase hot trends and make quick money; first find those who truly convince you, and hang out with them. Many people are stuck in the numbers game of positions and salaries, unaware that the most worthwhile effort is to find a career direction that makes you willing to work hard for many years.
What's even more painful is—don't always be swept forward by the big environment; take a moment to ask yourself: What kind of person do I want to become? Who am I walking with?
Looking back, the most crucial decision in a person's life actually boils down to two words: companionship. The people you choose determine how far you can go.

Well said, but I find that most people simply can't calm down and are still frantically chasing short-term gains.
In fact, choosing the right people is more important than anything else. My current crew is exactly like that. Only when working on Web3 together did I realize how profound this statement is.
Travel companions determine your ceiling, I agree with that.

That's so true. I only realized after being swept along for so many years... Looking back now, choosing the wrong person can really ruin several years.

The theory isn't wrong, but does it really work in the crypto world? I see many big players just rely on chasing the hot trends to get started.
If your peers are right, then even if you didn't make money, it was all for nothing.
Finding people you trust is easy to talk about, but in reality, how many truly sincere ones can you meet...
Isn't this just armchair strategizing after the fact? Who could have foreseen this when they were young?
Choosing the right people is indeed important, but what about those who end up harvesting the leeks? Who will bear the risk?

You're absolutely right. I just now realize that chasing the hot trends is really a trap. In the early days, I was blinded by quick money in the crypto world, and only later did I realize how crucial it is to choose the right people to associate with.
Speaking of which, in the Web3 circle, finding the right people can indeed save you a lot of detours. The key is not to be overwhelmed by the noise of shitcoins.
Honestly, choosing the right peers is more important than selecting projects. I've gained a deep understanding of this in the past two years.
Once you see clearly, losing money can be recovered, but the time wasted on the wrong people can never be regained.
Alright, I admit it. I was one of those people who was carried along for a long time. Fortunately, I woke up before it was too late.

That's true, but I realize that many people actually understand this principle; they just can't change. They are still frantically copying others' money-making strategies, afraid of missing out on any opportunity.

Well said, choosing the right person can really save ten years of detours. I've seen too many followers end up broke in the end.
Being with the right people is much more enjoyable than chasing quick profits. It's a bit late now that I understand this principle.
Companions are the real asset; they hold their value better than any coin.
