honestly, if you actually analyze the data... 29k eth? that's pocket change for real whale activity. technically speaking, the transaction throughput on these exchanges is so gas-inefficient it's almost embarrassing. they could've optimized this way better on layer 2, but nah, let's just do it the sub-optimal way
