The Lighter project Airdrop plan has undergone significant adjustments. The project will significantly reduce points obtained through wash trading, self trading, and sybil attacks.

This measure aims to combat wash trading, and the points that are reduced will be redistributed to genuine traders, meaning that the point weight of compliant participants will be significantly enhanced. This is a necessary purification step for the long-term health of the Airdrop ecosystem.

Even more encouraging is that the TGE (Token Generation Event) schedule for Lighter has been basically finalized and is now locked in. This provides market participants with a clearer expectation management window.

Really? Finally going to clean up those malicious swipers, it's about time to cut them hard. Ha, those witch accounts must be crying now, they deserve it. Wait, will my points also be misjudged... Is TGE locked? That's fine, at least there's some certainty now. Compliance traders can finally turn things around, this move is good. Cutting those Whipsaw points and redistributing them to us sounds great. It feels like Lighter is really going to tighten things up this time, but we'll have to see how the execution goes. Cracking down on malicious swiping is good, the ecosystem can live long. Those who rely on self-trading to cheat points must be panicking right now.

Finally made a move, those brushes need to be sharpened, only those who trade honestly should earn.

The whipsaw and Sybil Attack shenanigans are finally going to be settled, and the risk control mechanism is finally making some sense. However, what is the threshold standard for reducing points? This determines how many accounts will be affected.

Damn, it's finally getting serious, those bots are going to cry. Real players are winning big this time. Is TGE locked? Then just wait, it's time for another round of being played for suckers. I've long been annoyed by those Sybil Attack accounts racking up points; they deserve to be cut back. At least it's fairer now, but I still don't really trust it... Lighter's operations this time can be considered a conscience in the industry; other projects should take note. A Sybil Attack should be cleared out completely; any reduction is being too soft.
