After spending a long time in this circle, you will notice an interesting phenomenon — many people have become accustomed to a certain level of "exaggerated narrative". It's not a deliberate deception, but rather an unconscious amplification of numbers, embellishment of emotions, and creation of urgency.

Just throw out a few examples. An airdrop of 1000 USD turned into a story of 100,000. Leveraged floating profits and losses of several thousand, yet claiming it multiplied tenfold just by talking about it. Clearly, they haven't earned much from the projects, yet they dare to claim they are among the top in the entire network. These are nothing—this is the "information ecology" of the crypto market.

In simple terms, speaking in this field inherently carries a leverage effect. Emotions are amplified infinitely, anxiety is packaged and sold, while speaking the truth seems to have no presence. Over time, exaggerations and inaccuracies evolve into a commonly accepted mode of expression. It's like writing an essay in middle school; without adding some "embellishments", you simply can't get a high score. The principle is essentially the same.

So the key point comes - you need to learn to discern. What are the empty words meant to create emotional value? What are the substantial points that can withstand logical scrutiny?

To be honest, the ratio in this circle is uneven. Ninety percent is fluff, and ten percent is valuable content; this kind of configuration can be considered "conscientious." I have always had a suggestion: do not easily trust any single voice.

What is the best approach? Run the things you've heard through logic. Think a few steps ahead. You'll find that many popular sayings are actually quite flawed and unconvincing.

This is also one of my habits - I am rarely swayed by others' opinions; instead, I care more about what they actually do. I focus on actions, not words. By examining issues rationally and cultivating independent judgment, you can survive and go further in this place full of noise and traps.

Good morning. Don't let anxiety lead you around by the nose; whenever you have the chance, get out more and give your mind some fresh air.

Absolutely, this is the true portrayal of the circle. I'm already tired of it. I only watch what people do, not what they say. These days, those who dare to tell the truth seem like fools. Once you follow the logic, everything is exposed; no amount of packaging can hide it. Selling anxiety is the most profitable business, but unfortunately, most people are still falling for it.

Ninety percent water and ten percent dry goods—that's a perfect description haha Really, when I see people claiming to make $100,000 from just $1,000, I just scroll past The scariest part is that some people actually believe it Let actions speak louder than words; they are worth more than any statement

1. Correct, but no one is listening; everyone is busy telling stories to grab attention. 2. I think the "90% water" figure should probably have two more zeros. 3. I just want to know how many people can really escape this information trap. 4. The gap between actions and words is just a business in this circle. 5. Someone should have clarified this issue long ago, but honestly, those who speak the truth always suffer the most. 6. I deeply understand the importance of watching actions rather than words; too many people say one thing and do another. 7. Logical reasoning? No one in this circle has the time for that. 8. Anxiety itself is a packaged product, to put it simply. 9. The biggest problem for retail investors is their desire to believe "someone knows the answer." 10. Giving the brain some breathing room is a brilliant suggestion; really, it should be more down-to-earth.

90% water, 10% goods, that's the reality, I've gotten used to it. --- Airdrop 1k claims 100k, telling stories like this every day, isn't it tiring? --- To be honest, seeing actions is much more reliable than listening to words, don't let emotions take control. --- Anxiety is packaged and sold, just hearing it annoys me, better to go out for a walk to clear my mind. --- Logic falls apart upon scrutiny, is this the level of this trap? --- Independent judgment is the most valuable, it's true that you shouldn't trust a single voice. --- The story of 10x leverage is played out every day, it has become numb. --- With all the embellishments, we've all done this, but we need to distinguish between truth and falsehood.

Ninety percent moisture is indeed an exaggeration, but the craziest one I've encountered is when people directly say negative returns are ten times returns, it’s hilarious. I agree with this point about action, a bunch of people who say they are targeting a hundred times, but when asked for their wallet address, they go silent. I’ve seen this anxiety selling too many times, every time the market falls it’s always "this is the last chance", I’m numb to it. Actually, the key is still having your own judgment, otherwise, no matter how you discern, it's easy to be led by the rhythm. To be honest, I don’t think the ratio is that high, some accounts are indeed reliable, but their voices are too small and get drowned out. The suggestion to go out for fresh air is good, staring at the market every day and listening to these empty words is indeed mentally exhausting.

Ninety percent of it is nonsense, just listen and don't take it seriously.
