When evaluating any crypto project, I always start with one crucial question: Can this team actually deliver what they're promising?

It's not just about the whitepaper or the pitch. It's about whether the people behind it have spent years solving similar problems in the real world.

This is precisely why the SCOR Protocol stood out to me. Digging into their tech team composition, I found something compelling—the core members bring serious hands-on experience to the table. That kind of pedigree matters. A lot.

You can sense the difference when you're looking at builders versus theorists. One group has shipped products under pressure. The other is still working on their first MVP. The track record tells you everything about whether they'll navigate the inevitable obstacles ahead.

You're right, the team background is really crucial. A bunch of White Papers can be all talk, but only those with real practical experience can survive until launch. I need to research SCOR; before placing a bet, I have to see what these people have done before.

It’s that old trick of "you can tell if it’s reliable just by looking at the team's background," but to be fair, there is some truth to it...
