#美联储降息 Contract trading losses in many cases ultimately stem from chaotic entry logic.

Observing common issues among beginners: they are always afraid of missing out, but end up chasing at the high points. This anxiety can push the account toward ruin. The solution is simple—don't be greedy when you have no position. When the market is falling, don’t rush to buy the bottom; wait for a rebound signal before shorting. The same principle applies during an upward trend—wait for a pullback before entering, rather than chasing the rally.

This approach may cause you to miss some explosive moves, but most of the time, it allows you to survive longer. When weighing risk and reward, many people only look at the paper profit and fail to see the deep pitfalls behind. In the end, when they miss out on opportunities, they start complaining. The real issue lies in their own trading discipline.

Exactly, I’ve been burned by this before. Chasing highs is truly a death sentence. Getting anxious when others make money, only to become the bagholder yourself, and your account shrinks directly. Now I’ve learned to be smart and won’t move without a signal. This kind of mindset is much harder than technical skills, really.

There's nothing wrong with that, but the execution is difficult... Few people can truly accomplish it.

That really hits home. I have a bunch of people around me who are like this—FOMO leading to bankruptcy, and still blaming the market for not giving opportunities. Chasing highs is really a dead end; I've seen so many accounts wiped out this way. But on the other hand, knowing and doing are two different things. The theory of waiting for a rebound signal is not wrong in principle, but in practice, who isn't itching to act? Living longer is the top priority; this awareness needs to be established sooner.

That's right, but do you know? Very few people can actually do it. --- Not blaming beginners, but that FOMO feeling really eats your brain. --- Living long is winning. This truth has been said so many times, yet some still don't listen. --- The psychological impact of missing out is indeed powerful, easier to cause confusion and foolish actions than losses. --- The biggest enemy of contracts is actually your own mouth, unable to control your hands. --- Everyone is right, but next time the market rises, there will still be people chasing. --- Discipline sounds simple but is incredibly difficult to practice. --- I just want to ask, how do you define a rebound signal? That's the real bottleneck.
