nah tbh the "rare occurrence" framing here is doing a lot of heavy lifting... technically speaking, weekly RSI below 40 happens what, maybe every couple cycles? not exactly a cryptographic guarantee of anything lol. people see oversold and suddenly think it's proof of reversal incoming—that's not how probability distributions work. still, fair point on monitoring it, i guess.
