#数字资产生态回暖 to be honest, once you panic in your position, you're basically bound to suffer losses.

Thinking back to the recent market fluctuations, the more you rush to cut losses or buy the dip, the easier it is to get caught off guard. But if you can stay calm for two seconds and see through your opponent's tactics, you might be able to buy at the bottom and avoid getting pierced. Panic is the easiest time to expose vulnerabilities, and the more vulnerabilities you have, the more likely you are to get caught.

Over the years, observing $BTC 's ETH movements has truly proven this principle—those who make money are often not the fastest, but the most stable in mindset. The market is always there; what’s the rush?

Really, panicking is the end, too many flying knives have been taken --- The words "stay calm" sound simple, but it's extremely difficult to do, especially when watching the K-line plunge --- People with a steady mindset have already won by lying down, while we who are quick-handed but slow-witted are still chasing highs and killing lows --- The $BTC trend over the past few years is teaching us not to TM always trying to catch the bottom; just sit tight --- At the moment of stabbing, no one can save you unless you never got on the train --- No matter how obvious the tricks are, you still need to stay calm; this is the most difficult practice

panic sells network resilience too... watched too many nodes go offline during volatility spikes. the ones still standing? they weren't rushing. they ran the numbers, kept their infra battle-tested, and stuck with consensus. same principle applies to your bags tbh.

The more panicked you are, the more trapped you become. We've all been taught that lesson. Lack of composure is just giving the market makers money. Don't ask me how I know. Calm down for two seconds; it has saved me many times. The key is to hold back. Those who always win effortlessly are completely idle. I can't, I have to move.

Haha, you're so right. I used to be the kind of person who panic-sells at the first sign of a dip. When Bitcoin drops, I’d want to sell instantly, but then it rebounds and I miss out on the gains. Now I’ve learned my lesson: just hold and stay calm, the market isn’t going anywhere. I think it’s all about mental resilience; many people just can’t hold on. A poor mindset, and a 2-3% decline is enough to scare them out.

The moment you panic, you've already lost. I've seen too many people chase gains and sell losses, only to get caught and stuck too tightly. That's right, staying calm is the only way to make money. Why rush? The coins are still sitting there anyway. I was the same back then—whenever prices dropped, I’d panic and sell at the bottom, it was so frustrating. Having quick hands doesn’t help; you’re still just a leek being harvested by the big players. An unstable mindset makes you an easy target. That's why I now adopt a dollar-cost averaging strategy, and I don't look at the charts at all—out of sight, out of mind.

That hits too close to home, I'm the sucker who's eager to cut losses. I just can't control it, I panic every time it drops. Those with quick reflexes have already been liquidated, and I'm still messing around. Those with a steady mindset have already cashed out, but our impatient group... When BTC drops, I want to run, and when it rises, I regret not buying more. When can I achieve calmness, then I'll be successful. You're right, but it's really hard to put into practice.

Panic=Seeking death, this saying is correct --- Those who are quick with their hands have already been liquidated. A few friends I know are like that --- Absolutely right, last year I was eager to buy the dip and ended up getting caught in another round --- People with steady mindsets really made money. I think I still lack stability in my mindset --- The key is to have patience, otherwise every fluctuation makes you want to act --- That's why I now choose to lie flat; I actually make more money this way --- Getting hit by flying knives hurts the most, but now I’ve learned to be smart --- The market is always there, this phrase hits deep
