SOL's recent trend has been quite intense—hovering around $200, oscillating back and forth. Neither the rise nor the fall encourages chasing or panic selling. Many traders are staring at the candlestick charts and getting more confused, unsure whether to hold or exit.

Let's first look at the current market: SOL is trading near $199.82, down 2.37% over the past 24 hours. The decline isn't pretty, but you should compare it with other major assets—Bitcoin dropped 1.78%, Ethereum fell 2.05%. Although SOL is also declining, its relative performance isn't as bad. What does this indicate? Market confidence in its ecosystem remains. If nobody believed in it, the price would have already broken key levels along with the broader market, instead of bouncing above $190 and lingering.

The biggest risk in sideways markets is a lack of strategy. I've experienced liquidation and profit-taking over the years, and the main lesson is: don’t force trades when you don’t understand the market; first, identify the key levels.

Regarding resistance, the first hurdle in the short term is $205. This level has been tested multiple times since early August without breaking through. Currently, the 5-day and 10-day moving averages are right around this level. Bulls want to push higher, and this is the first critical checkpoint. Only after breaking through can we look for further upside potential; if not, we’ll have to keep grinding.

As for support, $190 is a crucial level to watch closely. If the price can stabilize around this area on a dip, it indicates buying interest is still there. But if this level can’t hold, be cautious—there might be room for deeper retracement later on.

During sideways trading, patience is key. Don’t rush into an all-in position or sell impulsively—first, get a good grip on the rhythm before acting.

If you don't understand, don't touch it. This is the truth... I too have been repeatedly educated by these 200 yuan.

I need to wait until 190 stabilizes before making a move. This position is too exhausting right now.

This hurdle must be overcome, otherwise it will just continue to grind.

If 205 can't break through, we still have to grind; this kind of situation really tortures people. Maybe we should wait and see first.
