No rush, just keep holding. I check it once in the morning and once at night, not for anything else, just to get a sense of the market's temperature.
Yesterday there was fog, visibility was extremely poor, and most cars could barely see the road ahead even with their fog lights on. What's the most timid thing to do in that situation? You can't always trade comfortably. Difficult markets and being stuck in a position—everyone has experienced that. The key is not to panic. Give yourself a slowdown button. Adjust your pace and take it easy. Often, you'll find that the result isn't as bad as you thought—maybe even exceeds expectations.
I've also made time to work out recently and have been training seriously. Honestly, your physical condition directly affects the quality of your trading decisions; you can't separate the two. Staying healthy is crucial.
I'll stick with it for a few months and see how it goes. $BTC
