Honestly? I've stopped checking that portfolio. The volatility is absolutely brutal – watching those numbers swing wildly just messes with my head. Sometimes ignorance really is bliss when you're holding through the chaos.

ngl I can't get this mentality. I can only sleep well if I keep checking it all the time, otherwise I always feel like I'm missing out big time.

Not watching the charts really can help you last longer. That’s what I’m doing now—after all, looking at them doesn’t change anything.

Watching them torment themselves like this is really pointless. Just don't watch them.

NGL, I’ve been through this phase too. Later, I just deleted the app altogether... Now I actually sleep much better, seriously.

Not looking is actually the best way to protect my mindset. That's what I'm doing now. The more I look, the worse I sleep.

Not checking the charts really improves my mindset a hundredfold.

ngl, same here. Checking my account ten times a day just makes my blood pressure skyrocket, so I just leave it alone now.

Bro, I totally get how you feel. Not watching the charts actually helps keep your mindset better—this is what I call “Schrödinger’s position”: if you don’t look at it, you’re neither losing nor making money, haha. That’s what I do now too—after I DCA, I just close the app and don’t worry about it. Sooner or later, the coins in my hand are either going to moon or go to zero, and watching or not watching doesn’t change that. The key is to not fucking trade too frequently—that’s the real meat grinder.

ngl, same here. Staring at the candlestick charts every day makes my eyes hurt. I'd be better off just getting some sleep.
