Do you remember the madness of altseason in 2021? Now it’s 2025 and the landscape is completely different.

In 2021, practically any token would skyrocket uncontrollably. It was like a casino where everyone won. Projects with no fundamentals reached absurd valuations. Liquidity flowed indiscriminately into all kinds of altcoins.

But 2025 came with a new narrative. The market matured and became more selective. A nice whitepaper or aggressive marketing is no longer enough. Investors now look for real utility, tangible adoption, and verifiable teams.

The differences are striking:
- Stricter regulation filtering out garbage projects
- Institutional capital dominating the game
- More strategic sector rotation (AI agents, RWA, DePIN)
- Fewer junk tokens being listed indiscriminately

That doesn’t mean there are no opportunities. It’s just that the altseason of 2025 requires more research, more patience, and less FOMO. The profits are still there, but for those who do their homework.

Back in 2021, I must have been out of my mind—bought everything and everything went up. Thinking about it now just makes me want to cry... But honestly, this so-called "professionalization" in 2025 is just a cover to trick institutions. In the end, it's still the whales fleecing the retail investors, just in a more covert way.

That 2021 wave was really a time when you could make money no matter what you bought. Now? You have to do your homework. --- To be honest, there’s no more of that quick money like in 2021. It’s actually more of a brain-burner now. --- Institutions entering the market have definitely changed the rules of the game. Shitcoins can’t survive anymore. --- This AI agents wave is pretty interesting. It’s way better than those mindlessly pumped tokens. --- If you don’t do enough research, you really can get rekt easily, but I guess this actually makes the market healthier. --- 2025 is a lot more rational than 2021, but the risks aren’t as high either... --- I miss the crazy feeling of 2021, but this way I can make money for longer.
