YZi Labs Issues Rectification Notice to "BNB MicroStrategy" BNC Asset Manager 10X Capital
On December 3, YZi Labs announced that it had issued a rectification notice and demands to 10X Capital, the asset manager of CEA Industries (BNC), known as the “BNB version of MicroStrategy,” and reminded shareholders of CEA Industries, Inc. to be aware of the destructive actions of 10X Capital (the company’s asset manager). If 10X Capital continues to delay information disclosure, exacerbate conflicts of interest, and mismanage, shareholders will face the risk of a continued decline in the stock price. YZi Labs is demanding that 10X Capital immediately take corrective actions, including improving governance structure and committing to implement the previously promised BNB crypto treasury (DAT) strategy. According to market data, the stock price of CEA Industries (BNC), supported by YZi Labs and known as the “BNB version of MicroStrategy,” has fallen by more than 92% from its historical high of $82.88 after the announcement of the establishment of a BNB treasury, and is now at $7.06.
