That being said, the voting yesterday was quite interesting, and it was clear that the team is genuinely listening to community feedback. There has been a lot of heated discussion about how to design the reward mechanism, but seeing such discussions actually makes people feel more confident - at least it shows that this matter is not a black box operation.
