#GateVentures战略收购PerpDexADEN Gate's venture capital institution Gate Ventures has announced the completion of a strategic acquisition of the decentralized crypto assets perpetual futures trading exchange (Perp DEX) "ADEN". According to CoinMarketCap data, the platform ranks 3rd among global decentralized perpetual futures exchanges, with a monthly trading volume exceeding $20 billion and a total global user base of over 200,000.
This acquisition is one of Gate's important strategic measures to expand the decentralized derivatives market, marking the further implementation of its "All in Web3" strategic layout. After the integration is completed, ADEN will migrate to Gate's independently developed high-performance Layer 2 network, Gate Layer, and is expected to officially launch on November 3, fully utilizing its scalability and security advantages to enhance user trading efficiency and service levels.
