#HSK Why is it pumping? Buying the dip at 0.25 on June 12 was early. Information on Middle East cooperation, stablecoin legislation, and the promotion of a certain stablecoin, as well as the company behind HSK, etc.

I have been following him for a year. I bought for the first time at 0.7 when the market opened, then sold at 2. The subsequent trend kept going down. 0.45 was my first buy the dip, then after it rose, it fell again, clearly not reaching the price low. I sold it at 0.4. This is also the reason for the later post saying that if it breaks below 0.4, it will drop below 0.3 and reach around 25 to buy the dip (the trend is unstoppable). It really is cheap at this price.
On June 4th, it was mentioned on Twitter (Figure 4) about the cooperation in the Middle East, which provided one of the support points for the subsequent layout. Then came the Super Vietnam keynote speech on June 6th, which emphasized that regulation is not a burden but a competitive advantage (Figure 4), that is, how regulation shapes the future of cryptocurrency in Asia and other regions (note the term Asia and other regions) Figure 5. At this time, it actually hasn't broken 0.3. The official information is sufficient. Now let's check the liquidation map and order information. The orders above and some personal experience lead me to believe it will break below 0.3 and reach 0.25.

Information Point 3 (Support Point 3): The implementation of a certain stablecoin by JD. The information is expected to be gradually disclosed starting in 2025. On June 5th, JD indicated that the stablecoin has not yet been officially issued, but has entered the second phase of sandbox testing with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. The testing scenarios include cross-border payments, investment trading, and retail payments. On June 17th, Liu Qiangdong, Chairman of JD Group, revealed at a sharing session that JD plans to apply for stablecoin licenses in major currency countries worldwide, initially to be used for shopping on JD's global sales platform in Hong Kong and Macau, and hopes to obtain the stablecoin license in early Q4 2025. On June 20th, relevant individuals from JD further stated that the specific launch time of the stablecoin will be adjusted based on regulatory and market demand.
We only need to pay attention to the news on June 5th and June 17th, because among the several licenses issued in Hong Kong, HSK is the earliest, while the others were recently issued. The stablecoin from a certain company is pegged to the Hong Kong dollar, and the most likely to be launched first or currently the only one in Hong Kong that has obtained a license and has complete functionality is HSK.
Therefore, based on the cooperation in the Middle East and the promotion of a certain Eastern stablecoin, as well as the price reaching 0.25, we can deduce that the breakout point is right here, with the right timing, location, and people. This is the reason I called for a second accumulation at 0.3. Because it is highly likely that there will be no cheaper price than this afterwards.

It just so happens that a friend chatted with me on Wednesday about the JD stablecoin. I told him that buying that is not as good as buying HSK or the stocks of Guotai Junan International behind it. Because the JD stablecoin is pegged to the Hong Kong dollar, it is worth as much as the HKD. The day after I told him this, Guotai Junan's stock rose by more than 30% (Figure 7), and at the same time, HSK rose from 0.4 to 0.89 yesterday. At this time, the market also broke the news:
