According to Techub News, as reported by CNBC, NBA star Shaquille O'Neal has agreed to pay $1.8 million to settle allegations that he misled investors through his promotion of FTX. The settlement agreement has been submitted to a federal court in Florida, and if approved by the presiding judge, O'Neal's $1.8 million payout will cover all legal fees, notifications, and administrative costs, and provide compensation to eligible investors. The arrangement also includes a broad release clause that prohibits him from seeking compensation from the FTX bankruptcy estate.
