According to ChainCatcher news and reported by Decrypt, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed two bills related to Crypto Assets, while signing a regulatory bill for Crypto Assets ATMs. The two vetoed bills include SB 1373 (Digital Asset Strategic Reserve Fund Act) and SB 1024 (Allowing state governments to accept Crypto Assets payments). The signed HB 2387 bill imposes strict regulatory measures on Crypto Assets ATMs, including requiring operators to display multilingual fraud warnings, setting daily transaction limits (new users $2,000, existing users $10,500), providing 24/7 customer support, and complying with AML protocols.
