As of May 11, the concentration of BTC has decreased from a peak of 15.5% to 11.2%. Over the past two years, after reaching a certain level of concentration, the resulting pattern has been: fall - rise - rise - fall - fall - rise - rise - fall.
It seems that the 9th time is using "rise" to digest the overly high concentration. Previously, some friends said this is an "arithmetic sequence", but it doesn't look much like that now.
In fact, this indicator has no guiding significance for long and short positions, but if you go long on volatility when the indicator rises, it will be a very high probability signal. There's no need to guess the rise or fall, right?
