Mars Financial News, Hong Kong-listed brokerage Bright Talent Securities announced that Shanghai Yunjin Information Technology Co., Ltd., through its subsidiary Wealthiness and Prosperity Holding Limited, launched a tender offer for Bright Smart Securities at a price of HK$3.28 per share, and Shanghai Yunjin is also a shareholder of Ant Fortune. According to the announcement, the buyer and seller have entered into a share purchase agreement on April 25, trading about 858 million shares, accounting for about 50.55% of the total number of issued shares, with a total cash consideration of HK$2.814 billion, and a 10% deposit has been paid. It is reported that Xu Yibin, executive director and chief executive officer of Bright Smart Securities, has previously said that if there is a recognized official custodian, it will consider developing virtual currency trading services.
