CEX: The legality of staking should be protected, and only five states in the U.S. oppose staking services.
[CEX: The legitimacy of staking should be protected, and only five states in the United States oppose staking services] CEX officially issued a document saying that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and five red and blue states have withdrawn their lawsuits against staking services, joining the previous 40 states that do not oppose staking activities, and only five states are now opposed to staking services. CEX emphasized that this move means that CEX’s staking services in the U.S. no longer face legal threats from federal and some state governments, that staking services are not securities, and that the legitimacy of staking services should be protected, especially when similar legal frameworks exist in other parts of the world. In addition, the CEX called on other states in the United States that have not made a clear statement to stop restrictions on staking activities, advocating for the healthy development of the crypto industry through a legal regulatory framework.
