Former Ethereum developer Virgil Griffith has been released from prison and has entered transitional housing.

Gate.io News bot message, according to a report by brantly.eth, former Ethereum developer Virgil Griffith was released this morning. Virgil is currently residing in a transitional housing ( halfway house ), and will subsequently enter the parole phase, during which he must adhere to relevant work restrictions.

Virgil previously worked at the Ethereum Foundation and was also a core member of the ENS project. He was prosecuted for delivering a speech on “Blockchain and Peace” in North Korea.
