India AI Data Center Operator Yotta Seeks $500-600 Million Funding at $4 Billion Valuation

Gate News reports that on March 20, the data center operator Yotta Data Services Pvt., which runs India’s largest Nvidia AI processor cluster, is seeking a new round of funding at an estimated valuation of approximately $4 billion before submitting its initial public offering (IPO) prospectus. The Mumbai-based company plans to raise about $500 million to $600 million and will submit its formal listing documents within a few weeks. According to sources, the company also plans to refinance an equal amount in the public offering.
